Dry Apnea Stopwatch

WARNING: breath holding is extremely dangerous when practiced without supervision in the water, and without knowledge of proper safety techniques. Dry breath hold is safe so long as:

  • you have no pre-existing heart or other medical condition that contraindicates breath hold
  • you practice while lying down or in a recliner chair
  • you do not hyperventilate

We recommend enrolling in a freediving course before beginning any kind of breath hold training.
