WARNING: breath holding is extremely dangerous when practiced without supervision in the water, and without knowledge of proper safety techniques. Dry breath hold is safe so long as:
- you have no pre-existing heart or other medical condition that contraindicates breath hold
- you practice while lying down or in a recliner chair
- you do not hyperventilate
We recommend enrolling in a freediving course before beginning any kind of breath hold training.
I understand.
